Clothed Massage
As a trauma informed massage therapist, I am dedicated to providing a safe space for every client. If you're working through trauma and prefer a fully clothed session, this one is for you. Therapeutic massage provides healthy, safe touch that helps to relieve stress, reduce pain and restore balance- no matter what you wear.
Cancellation Policy
In order to avoid cancellation fees, we ask that you provide 48-hours notice. No Call- No Shows will be charged 100% of the session cost. Cancellations with less than 48-hours notice will be charged 50% of the cost.

I'm a nature lover, a homesteader, a musician and a proud Momma. The Adirondacks feel like home, and I love to curl up with a good book and a cup of tea when the snow falls.
I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2014 and I have a lot to bring to the table. Using your body and our combined intuitions as my guide, I tie together deep tissue treatments and relaxation techniques that allow me to work effectively within your comfort.
So much of the ancient art of healing touch is about creating space... and then waiting patiently. I believe that my patient and intuitive work is what makes me stand out in my field.
